No chemicals and no treatment: just natural hot spring water from Pansol at the foot of Mt. Makiling. After every group the pools are fully drained and cleaned, then filled new for you.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Day tour: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overnight: 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 21-hour stay: 7:00 PM to 4:00 PM the next day. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Is the hot spring water natural?
Yes. Both pools use natural hot spring water with no chemicals and no treatment. They are fully drained and cleaned after each booking, then newly filled for the next guests. The water sits at 38 to 40 degrees.
How deep are the pools?
There is one adult pool, 5.5 ft deep, and one kiddie pool, 3 ft deep, with a basketball ring at the poolside.
Is parking available?
Two cars can park inside the resort, and outside parking is also allowed. CCTV is in place to keep your vehicles safe.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, furry friends are welcome. Up to two pets stay at no extra charge. For additional pets there is a ₱1,500 deep-cleaning surcharge.
Can we cook?
Yes. The kitchen has a 2-burner stove (₱400 LPG fee), basic cookware, a charcoal grill station, a refrigerator and ice cooler, a microwave, a toaster oven, a hot and cold water dispenser and a 10 to 12 seat dining table.
